Here you will find an overview of the shipping costs for all countries to which we ship your order. The shipping costs consist of costs for shipping and packaging. They only accrue once per order.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We only deliver within Germany, the EU and Switzerland.

SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY

In addition to the stated prices, we calculate shipping costs for delivery within Germany, depending on the number and size of the respective products. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are divided into the following shipping classes:

- Shipping class I letter mail (for orders with a value of goods up to €19.99) - Costs: €2.50 (gross)

- Shipping class II Insured parcel shipping ( for orders with a value of goods between €20.00 and €49.99 ) - Costs: €4.50 (gross)

From a goods value of €50.00 we do not charge shipping costs.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee for delivery within the EU:

- Shipping class EU I ( for orders with a value of goods up to €19.99 ) - Costs: €4.90

- Shipping class EU II ( for orders with a value of goods between €20.00 and €49.99) - Costs: €9.90

The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value-added tax. Since VAT is calculated on the flat-rate shipping fee depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, only decreased in your favour.

SHIPPING TO SWITZERLAND

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee for deliveries to Switzerland:

- Shipping class Switzerland (includes orders of all products from our range) - Costs: €19.90

Note: Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional duties, taxes and fees.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR DEALERS

A flat-rate shipping fee of €5.90 (plus VAT) applies to all wholesale orders within Germany. From a goods value of €250.00 we deliver free of charge.

For deliveries to the EU, we charge a shipping fee of €9.90. From a goods value of €300.00 we deliver free of charge.

For deliveries to third countries, the shipping costs depend on the volume. The exact costs are calculated after receipt of the order and sent with the order confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually made ready for dispatch and shipped within 2 working days (Mon - Fri) after receipt of payment. The shipping time within Germany is 2-6 days on average. International shipments have a shipping time of approximately 4-10 days (varies from country to country).
