Here you will find an overview of shipping costs for all countries to which we ship your order. Shipping costs consist of postage and packaging. They are charged only once per order.

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY

In addition to the prices shown, we charge shipping costs for deliveries within Germany, depending on the number and size of the respective products. These shipping costs will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and on the order page.

Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are divided into the following shipping classes:

- Shipping class I: Letter mail, uninsured (for orders with a merchandise value up to €19.99) - Cost: €2.50 (gross)

- Shipping class II: Insured parcel shipping ( for orders with a merchandise value between €20.00 and €59.99 ) - Cost: €4.90 (gross)

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €60.00 .

SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU

In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat shipping fee for deliveries within the EU:

- Shipping class EU I ( for orders with a merchandise value up to €19.99 ) - Cost: €4.90

- Shipping class EU II ( for orders with a merchandise value between €20.00 and €49.99) - Cost: €9.90

The flat shipping fee includes statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated based on the purchased goods, it may decrease if items with lower VAT rates are purchased (e.g., books). This means that the final shipping fee can only be calculated during the checkout process. However, it can only decrease, never increase.

SHIPPING TO SWITZERLAND

In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat shipping fee for deliveries to Switzerland:

- Shipping class I, letter mail, uninsured (for orders with a merchandise value up to €15.99) - Cost: €6.90 (gross)

- Shipping class II parcel, uninsured (for orders with a merchandise value of €16.00 to €299.99) - Cost: €20.00 (gross)

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €300.00 .

Note: Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETAILERS

Within Germany, a flat shipping fee of €5.90 (plus VAT) applies to all wholesale orders. We offer free shipping on orders over €250.00.

For deliveries within the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90. We offer free shipping on orders over €300.00.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, shipping costs depend on the volume. The exact costs will be calculated after receipt of the order and sent with the order confirmation.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2 business days (Mon-Fri) after payment is received. Delivery within Germany typically takes 2-6 days. International shipments take approximately 4-10 days (varies by country).
